Can I use CTRL with my mobile device?

CTRL can be used with iOS 13+ and Android 5+ (API 21)

Is there a monthly subscription to use CTRL?

Nope! We’ve rolled all of our original plans for CTRL premium directly into the app for free, forever! Initially, we did not think we would be able to support unlimited swings to train to and statistics without a monthly subscription to help support the additional cloud usage, but we’ve since solved that issue. We’re currently in the exploratory phase for a future CTRL Premium offering, and we’d love to hear what you’d like to see added!

Can I integrate CTRL directly with my golf simulator?

CTRL does not currently support direct integration with any golf simulators. CTRL can significantly enhance your experience with your simulator by helping you learn the swings that get you to the numbers you want.

I'm a coach. Can I use this with my students?

Absolutely! While there is no dedicated “coach” mode, CTRL can help your students lock in their training and take the lesson you both practiced with them until they see you again. In the future, we look forward to collaborating with you and creating a fully-fledged coach-mode.

Is there any discount for PGA members?

Unfortunately, we cannot do that right now on Indiegogo. Post campaign, we will be polling our backers for their PGA status. We’d love to get in touch with you about how we can grow and work together.

Will the units come in different colors?

We are not offering different colors at this time. We’re a small team focused on delivering the most robust product we can. We are considering different colors for the future.

Is CTRL available for left-handed users?

Absolutely! CTRL automatically recognizes the handedness of the user and delivers feedback accordingly.

What size of the sleeve is right for me?

We offer nine different unisex sizes to ensure that every individual can get the size that best works for them. Please see our sizing chart at checkout to find what works for you!

How important is it that I get the right sleeve size?

Extremely! Our motion sensors are very sensitive. Without the right size, we cannot trust the data being recorded. Simply put, garbage in, garbage out. Please measure yourself according to the size chart if you are unsure of what size to get.

Another option is to leave the session you are in, disconnect, reconnect the sensor, and try swinging again.

My sensor doesn't connect to the app, what should I do?

Check to make sure the sensor LED is on. If not, double-tap the sensor to turn it on and then try connecting. If the sensor did not turn on, it might have run out of battery. When the firmware update is complete, the sensor will reboot and enter standby. The sensor must be connected to again manually.
